Hi! It’s your Mother:) You doctored up my recipe! It’s easier than that !!
Wash the chicken thighs put in pot dripping wet
Chop a Large onion throw over the chicken
Chop a bunch of parsley and throw over chicken
Add Salt &Pepper OR Soy sauce to taste
Add as much as you like but remember soy sauce is salty
If you need more water add at any time!
This dish is soupy and super easy
